The Swilers Clubhouse is a centrally located and fully accessible facility offering a large banquet area, Commercial kitchen, bar and an expandable conference room. The rear of the building opens onto a large exterior deck and offers stunning views over the city. Car parking for over 100 vehicles is situated at the front of the building.
The facility also offers tables and chairs for up to 140 people, Fully automated retractable 8ft elevated screen with audio, plug in and play AV system with digital TV projector, and high speed WIFI.
All set up/breakdown is to be included in rental period. Extra time required for set up may require extra fees.
